Ashley Tisdale-Donnie Darko

So! Apparently Ashley Tisdale here — whose hair is looking, I do think, rather great in this darker color — made a HSM spin-off movie about Sharpay? And then it went straight to DVD? Frankly, I feel totally bereft that they’re not just going ahead and running it on Disney Channel, so we could ALL enjoy. Will no one think of the children? And of course, I mean me: I’d recap that thing! Surely it’s moderately entertaining — the Tiz is generally pretty funny. But does she LOOK funny?

Okay, I need all three of those dresses, and the gold shoes, IMMEDIATELY. Also, I might be taking a pic of her headsuit to my colorist- it’s so pretty! Those pants- as much as I hate to say it, look pretty good on her. Not freakishly tight, as most ladies seem to wear their high waisted atrocities. And I can condone the cropped floaty top, but only if she was going for a serious 70′s vibe, which it looks like she is. She makes it look.. not horrifying. Also, as much as I can’t believe it- she’s almost 26. That last outfit is totally age-appropriate, and very cute, whilst not being skanky, as her comrades are wont to do. And I appreciate her repeated use of AMAZING shoes.
