Ashley Tisdale: At the age of three, Tisdale was discovered by Bill Perlman, her current manager, at South Shores Mall. On her first audition, Tisdale landed a JC Penney spot and went on to appear in more than 100 commercials as a kid. At the age of eight, she was cast in a leading role in the Broadway musical, Les Miserables, and later toured internationally with the cast of Annie. She began her acting career by appearing in Gypsy: A Musical Fable and The Sound of Music at the Jewish Community Center of Monmouth County. At age twelve, Tisdale sang for American President Bill Clinton in the White House.

Ashley Tisdale: Tisdale will appear in the 20th Century Foxs new adventure comedy, They Came From Upstairs along with Robert Hoffman and Carter Jenkins, which will be released in July 2009. Tisdale portrays Bethany Pearson and the film was shot in Auckland, New Zealand. In 2009, she guest starred as Maddie Fitzpatrick on The Suite Life on Deck. Tisdale is also starting to produce. She has a production company, Blondie Girl Productions and is working in two projects. She is the first actress from Disney Channel to executiveproduce one of their shows. On Live with Regis & Kelly, she stated that she is currently working on a Disney Channel series based on her early life working in a mall. Tisdale also signed a deal with FremantleMedia to produce a reality show. Tisdale has collaborated with Jessica Horowitz to create a animated series, After Midnight which is currently being shopped around for distribution. She also left Gersh Agency and joined Creative Artists Agency.
